The purchase, sale, and use of TL Tokens are subject to these Terms and any additional terms that may be provided at the time of transaction.

6. DAO Governance

As a holder of TL Tokens, you may participate in DAO governance decisions. You acknowledge that DAO decisions are binding and may affect the operation of the Services.

We reserve the right to override DAO decisions in exceptional circumstances, such as to prevent illegal activity or to protect the integrity of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Last ICO and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
